The body needs energy, and what you eat and drink greatly affects your energy, your health and how your body and mind work. Cal had already begun eating healthily when he was diagnosed with cancer, but his focus on a healthy diet was increased because of his disease. Working with Chris he came to learn which kind of diet could potentially prepare and strengthen his inner warriors for the fight against cancer.

“Food is energy, and energy makes everything possible.” – Chris MacDonald

It is important to stress that Chris’ and Cal’s experiences are not scientific evidence of dietary effects on cancer – it is a personal experience, which hopefully inspire others dealing with cancer.
This site will continually bring inspiration and information to you in the form of videos with Chris and Cal, statements from cancer experts and cutting edge research within cancer.
