How to cook ingredients

In this article you can find selected foods and how they are best cooked. Use the list as inspiration and be creative making your own recipes.

Best cooked
- Lycopene from tomatoes
- Carrots
- Turmeric (or mixed with bioperine for better absorption)

Ok to cook
- Turmeric
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Onions
- Leeks
- Spring onions
- Green tea
- Berries

Best raw or flash cooked (less than 3 min)
- Brassicae vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, all sorts of cabbage)
- Apples
- Limolene (aromatic/essential oil in citrus peel). Add to food by mixing finely grated rind of organic citrus fruits w/ freshly squeezed juice from the rest of the citrus fruit
- Watercress
- Parsley
- Spinach

Cancer claims most victims

Heart disease has been the most common killer in Denmark through many years. However recent statistics from Sundhedsstyrelsen show, that cancer is the disease that claims most victims at this point in time.
