Beet salad

  • 150 g beet
  • 150 g carrots
  • 30 g walnuts, chopped
  • 1 bundle of chive
  • Fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 large handful of blueberries

Peel and shred beets and carrots. Cut the chive.
Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle the berries on the salad before serving.
