The Project F**k Cancer

The vision of ”F**k Cancer” is to inspire you and inform you about what you can do before, during and after cancer. Here, you will specifically find information about what you can do through lifestyle choices – knowing that a lot of factors besides lifestyle play a role in the development of cancer.

“F**k cancer” views the small 5 and big 3 as essential weapons in the struggle against cancer. There are no guarantees in life, and we can all develop cancer even if we live completely by the book. However, given our current scientific knowledge and what we have learned from Cal’s cancer, lifestyle does appear to have a huge potential impact on cancer. Making healthy choices – eating well, sleeping right and exercising regularly – is no guarantee for anything, but no matter how you look at it, healthy choices will not be bad for you. So why not put in the effort and be informed on what you can do to help yourself before, during and after cancer?
